Shipping Information

Lighting Hearth and Home offers free ground shipping (UPS or USPS ground) on orders over $150 that ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Most in-stock items ship within1 to 3 business days. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 3 - 5 business days after departing the facility. For expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Care team.

There are a few exceptions:

  • Special order, oversized, fragile, and heavy items shipping freight. Most of these items will only be available for in-store pickup.
  • Orders under $150 (charged a flat rate based on weight)

For orders with backordered items, your items will ship as they become available. If after your order is placed, an item on your order is determined to be on backorder we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date.

Return & Satisfaction Policy

At Lighting Hearth & Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item or have received damaged/defective merchandise, please review our return options below.

Standard Returns

To receive a full merchandise refund (excluding original shipping charges), items must meet these requirements:

  • Returned within 60 days of receipt (30 days for sale items)
  • In original packaging with all parts included
  • New condition with no modifications or cut wires
  • Lamp shades in original protective wrapping
  • Return form (from invoice) included

Note: Items not meeting these criteria may incur a restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to original payment method within 30 days.

1. FedEx Return Label

Contact our Customer Care team to purchase a UPS return label:

Return Shipping Rates:

  • Small Box: $5
  • Medium Box: $18
  • Large Box: $29
  • Oversized Items: Equal to original shipping cost

2. Ship on Your Own

Return items via your preferred carrier:

  • Must be prepaid and insured
  • Include return form from invoice
  • Customer responsible for loss/damage

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect all items upon delivery. For damaged or defective merchandise:

  • Contact Customer Care within 48 hours
  • Retain all packaging and damaged items
  • Include photos when possible (for email reports)
  • Have order number ready
